Vishal, a policeman shot by tycoon Khanna, is saved by a heart transplant. He finds himself working with the spirit of his donor, Hero, to investigate the businessman's drug racket and seek revenge.

When Vishal does not agree of Suraj and Muskaan's relationship, Suraj decides to win Vishal's heart for marrying Muskaan.

Suraj, a CBI officer, learns that his friend Yash and his father run an illegal business. He is assigned the task to investigate Yash but he decides to convince Yash to mend his ways.
